Explanation of the menu system

The menu on the left is dynamic, which is a fancy way of saying that as you move your mouse cursor over it extra menu items appear.

Clicking on any item selects it and takes you to another page, either on this website or another one.

This same menu automatically appears on all web pages in the house style.

The menu item labelled PRINT VERSION calls up a new web page containing the same information as the page you're viewing but without the banner picture at the top and the menu down the left side - just what you need for printing the information.

Dots...

Menu items with three dots (like Datchworth Weather...) take you to a page on another site.

Contact us

The menu item "Contact us" is a handy way of writing to us. Use it to send us a message.

Write your own page

The item "Write your own webpage" is a special editor for - you guessed it - writing a web page in the style of this website. It's very easy to use and when you've composed your web page there's a button you click to send it to us automatically. If you want to write a web page but you don't feel up to using our editor, that's fine too. Just send us a message by clicking the "Contact us" menu item.
